In the evening, apply “Active Nourishing Gel”, after cleansing your skin thoroughly with “Cleansing Gel”. Massage the gel gently into the skin with the finger tips, paying special attention to the neck and the area around the eyes. If there are already signs of loose skin or tiredness around or under the eyes, massaging around the eyes with “Actiprotin” is recommended.
Anti-bacterial and sebum regulating component which, in cooperation with UNDECYLENOYL GLYCINE, causes a decrease in the production of sebum as well as the destruction of microorganisms. Because of their qualities both components have a very favourable effect on acne, as they tackle two important aspects of acne together. First, the components have a deterring effect on the activity of 5α:-Reductase. The enzyme 5α:-Reductase plays an important part in the development of acne, as it is responsible for a gradual increase in the production of sebum. In sabotaging this enzyme, the two components CAPRYLOYL GLYCINE and UNDECYLENIC GLYCINE cause the sebum production to decrease. Second, in a combined effort CAPRYLOYL GLYCINE and UNDECYLENIC GLYCINE create a favourable bactericidal effect, because they destroy the Propionibacterium Acnes, a skin bacterium which has a key role in the development of acne. Furthermore, it’s important to know that the qualities mentioned above are also applicable in shampoos for dandruff treatment.
