Oily, impure skin with & acne prone skin.
Apply and emulsify with moist fingers, creating a light foaming effect in the emulsion. Afterwards rinse well using abundant water. Because of its foaming effect, this cleansing method is often used instead of liquid soft soap. As soon as the acne improves we will proceed to a normal skin care. At that stage the client is advised to cleanse using “Ablutio Milk”. Still, an oily skin or skin affected by acne keeps a tendency towards clogging, which is why we advise: daily cleansing at home using “Ablutio Milk”, alternating this with “Seratoxes Gel” for instance twice a week, to prevent the skin from clogging.
Anti-bacterial and sebum regulating component which, in cooperation with UNDECYLENOYL GLYCINE, causes a decrease in the production of sebum as well as the destruction of microorganisms. Because of their qualities both components have a very favourable effect on acne, as they tackle two important aspects of acne together. First, the components have a deterring effect on the activity of 5α:-Reductase. The enzyme 5α:-Reductase plays an important part in the development of acne, as it is responsible for a gradual increase in the production of sebum. In sabotaging this enzyme, the two components CAPRYLOYL GLYCINE and UNDECYLENIC GLYCINE cause the sebum production to decrease. Second, in a combined effort CAPRYLOYL GLYCINE and UNDECYLENIC GLYCINE create a favourable bactericidal effect, because they destroy the Propionibacterium Acnes, a skin bacterium which has a key role in the development of acne. Furthermore, it’s important to know that the qualities mentioned above are also applicable in shampoos for dandruff treatment.
