"Horse Chestnut
Contains proteins, saponines, glycosides, tannins and allantoin. It helps to improve the resistance of the capillary vessels in the skin and stimulates microcirculation. Horse chestnut is vasoconstringent, which means that capillary vessels are tightened, making them less permeable, which leads to a more effective draining of waste products. Stimulation of microcirculation in the skin causes a slimming effect, especially when used under occlusive circumstances."
