How to use?
This soft cleansing milk for the eyes is also appropriate for cleansing the skin before dyeing eyelashes, since it´s non-oily. If there´s much old mascara on the eyelashes , it is advised to put a cotton-wool pad with “Eye Make-up Remover” on the eyes for a while.
